Pec Fly

This exercise strengthens the chest muscles using a resistance band.

Aim:

  • Strengthen the chest muscles

Technique:

  • The band is anchored in the centre, at chest height behind the athlete, who holds an end in each hand.
  • The arms start out to the sides at chest height with the elbows straight.
  • The athlete pulls the arms in front of the body, until the hands meet in front of the chest.
